At Pima Pet Clinic Urgent Care, we’re committed to our team’s overall wellbeing. One of the ways we do this is by offering all staff three 12-hour shifts per week and working hard to accommodate specific scheduling requests. This allows our team members to have ample time for life outside of work.

Real-time Training and Mentorship

Becoming proficient in urgent care medicine requires on-the-job training. For the first few months, new doctors are scheduled every shift with our Medical Director to ensure they develop the skills they need to succeed in a practice where no two days are alike. We also know that when one of us improves, we all improve. So we support the ongoing growth and development of all our doctors, veterinary technicians, and support staff.
