“Today we brought in our beagle who had been vomiting and lethargic for a couple of days. We’ve visited Tucson Veterinary Urgent Care three or four times with other pets, and as in those previous visits all the staff were kind, concerned, and efficient. I especially appreciate the fact that the veterinarians present ALL the facts and options up front and never try to upsell. They treated our beagle for a reasonable price and sent us home with useful instructions. I’m so glad they’re available every day of the year!”

“Our dogs had severe GI symptoms for a few days and weren’t getting any better, then one started having blood and clots in his urine. Our regular vet told us this was an emergency and recommended this place. They got my boys in right away, treated them, and sent them home in a 3 hour span. They worked with me to avoid any unnecessary tests and expenses. They were all very kind with us and our dogs, one of them can be a biter when he’s scared but they said he was a ham the whole time which says a lot.”

“I can’t recommend this urgent care enough. All of the staff were phenomenal. Unfortunately our kitty had to be euthanized but the care and compassion I received was exceptional. I even received this card a few days afterwards. If the staff sees this, thank you again for everything.”

“We had to drive up from Bisbee for an emergency with one of our dogs. I had been here years ago & had an excellent experience, so chose to come back here for this emergency. Everyone was so wonderful, from the women at the front, to the techs, to the vet! We felt a lot of concern, compassion, & empathy from everyone. Not only are the people great, the facility is so clean, all the way down to the public restroom. The costs are in par with other emergency vets I’ve used, including the meds, so you don’t feel you’re being taken advantage of. The patience with my wiggly little girl was amazing, & they didn’t push it where there was no need to do so. Most importantly, the care was wonderful! Thank you all”

Our technician, Abby, stood out with her warm demeanor and professional approach, making the experience even more enjoyable. She took the time to address all my concerns and provided insightful advice on pet care, which I truly appreciated. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the animals they serve. I will certainly be recommending this establishment to my friends, as I believe they would also benefit from the high-quality care and attention that my pets and I have received.”

“They have such a genuinely kind heart for their patients AND the families! We had to visit them with an awful outcome of having to put our kitty down and they were SO patient, SO kind, SO supportive and just oh so tender to the situation. Me, my partner and my kids were all falling apart and they handled us with such grace and I am so so so grateful for how they treated our baby and us. I thank you for having such a phenomenal staff!!
